In Ultimate Alliance 2 when you pass the game does your data (costume dossiers Attitude questions etc) stay?

For example: You pass the game you get the spider-man stark costume when you restart a game will you have that costume there?In Ultimate Alliance 2 when you pass the game does your data (costume dossiers Attitude questions etc) stay?
only if you choose to load your saved game on the new game

so when you beat it on super heroic for example, you unlock legendary

when you start legendary, it will ask if you want to load a save game slot, load the one with all the costumes and everything will "stay"
