It was originally posted on the PSN store for money. ( There was 1 character add-on pack that was free ), but then they took it down for some reason.
I did some research and I found this on Wikipedia:
"The content was removed on from both networks December 31, 2009, with Activision claiming the content was "a limited time offer"
