Pro-Reg is Ironman, Mr Fantastic, Songbird, The Thing, Gambit, Pennance, Iceman, Juggernaut, Venom, Green Goblin, Thor, Ms Marvel, Jean Grey, Spiderman, Sentry.
Anti-Reg is Cap America, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Wolverine, Storm, Daredevil, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, Hulk, Deadpool, Cyclops.

Well, theres a set group on each side. Cap has Iron Fist, and Luke Cage and Spidey plus a couple more no matter what. Iron man has The Fantastic Four plus a couple more no matter what.
